"CARD IS NOT FORMATTED" IN FZ53 ERROR MESSAGE

This error message is displayed when your SD or SDHC memory card has not been formatted and is usually brand new. 

We always recommending formatting your SD or SDHC memory card. Doing so will ERASE ALL DATA (photos and videos) saved on the card.

Copy any data you want to save from the SD/SDHC card to another storage device, such as a computer.
