AZ252 Issues with the battery

Post by jameswade3490 »

Hello,
I've been using rechargeable batteries in my camera for a while now. Recently, the camera hasn't recognized that the batteries are charged. When I charge them, install them, the camera works, but I have to reset the date, but the next day, it says batteries are exhausted. The batteries work fine in another device when I test them.

If you are experiencing issues with the battery on your AZ252 camera, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the problem.

Make sure the battery is properly inserted and securely locked in place. If it is loose, the camera may not be able to detect it properly.

Try charging the battery fully using the provided charger. If the battery is not fully charged, it may not last as long as expected.

If the battery still doesn't hold a charge or doesn't last as long as it should, it may be time to replace it. Contact the manufacturer or a reputable camera repair shop to purchase a new battery.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, there may be a problem with the camera's charging port or internal components. Contact the manufacturer or a qualified technician for further assistance.

It's important to note that the lifespan of a camera battery can vary depending on usage and environmental factors. It's recommended to keep a spare battery on hand, especially if you plan on using your camera for extended periods of time.
