ORBIT360 4K Problems with the App in Android 10 devices.

I have problems with the APP in Android 10 devices. Last version from 1 ago 2022.
I expected that the new update had fixed the exactly same problem that previous versions had, but did not:

No way to use it and in addition, no way to use the camera with the mobile device. :? .

What’s the firmware version of ORBIT360 4K?
And is the APP “PIXPRO 360 VR Remote Viewer”? If you can provide us with this detail, we can see if an upgrade to newer firmware will solve the issue.

Just checking back in to see if you can provide you Android v and ORBIT360 4K firmware version. At the very least, we would suggest making sure you have the latest FW loaded onto your ORBIT360 4K.

Stop the app through forcible means. If an app on your Android smartphone keeps crashing, you may solve it by simply forcibly stopping the programme and opening it again. This is the easiest approach to fix the problem.
You will need to restart the device....
... You need to reinstall the programme.
Check the permissions that the programme requires.
Make sure that your applications are always up to date.
Delete all stored cache...
Make some room in the storage area...
Reset to factory defaults

I am facing the same problem on this app but i am expecting that this will be fix soon as possible. I read many user reviews about this app problem on one of this app review site https://mokoweb.com/.
