HELP please.
My new WPZ2 will not connect to either an iMac or a MacBook, both running the latest versions of Sonoma from Apple. When connected with the usb cable the camera registers that it is charging when switched off, but when switched on it does not show as a connected device and so will not load into iPhoto. Apple says all Pixpro software (if that is the problem) cannot be downloaded as either incompatible or cannot be scanned for malware. I can access photos if I use a separate memory card reader, but that is a bit clunky.
Anyone with any suggestions please? Thank you.
