You have understood that the risks under applicable data protection laws are different in different US states and countries and we may transfer to and store your personal information at some overseas facilities or with third parties. However, this does not change any of our commitments to safeguard your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy we have in place to protect your privacy.
