FZ55 HELP

I am disgusted with this camera (Kodak PixPro fz55) . None of the instructions work the way they say they should and now it says "Lens Obstruction Restart Camera" - I had NO IDEA how to do this and finally had to remove the battery to get it to turn OFF.

I am going to plaster social media (which I have been using since 1978) with ANGER at Kodak. I have been totally unable to get HELP FROM ANYBODY. Phone. Email. I just hope THIS WORKS!!!
