AZ528 website not loading properly

Hello there,
The AZ528 camera was delivered to me, but I had no idea how to configure the WiFi. Az528_ec0f is the SSID, and WPA2 PSK is 1479PZES. When you click the Wi-Fi icon, the notification "Setting pre-connected device for serial number" appears. You have the option to get the password reset or deleted. It is impossible to reach them. I figured out how to connect the camera to my phone but they force you to use their PixPro software so it's not true transfer. You still have to utilize your cell phone so purchasing the camera to eliminate having to use the cell phone for photos just made everything more complicated. Oh well
