Your Repair Rights for KODAK PIXPRO Products

JK Imaging Ltd. supports your right to repair. Under California and Oregon law, you have the following choices for repairing your product:

1. Your Repair Options:

You can choose to have your product serviced by:

  • JK Imaging Ltd.
  • A JK Imaging Ltd. authorized service provider;
  • An independent repair provider of your choice; or
  • Yourself.

2. Your Warranty is Protected:

Your Limited Warranty will NOT be voided simply because you used a third-party repair service or a third-party part. JK Imaging Ltd. will honor the remaining terms of your original warranty for defects in original materials or workmanship.

3. Important Limitations:

Your warranty coverage may be affected if:

  • A repair is performed improperly and causes new damage.
  • A non-compatible or defective part is installed and causes malfunction.
  • The product's serial number is altered or removed.

JK Imaging Ltd. bears the burden of proving that a defect was caused by improper repair or incompatible parts.

4. Access to Repair Resources:

For a period of at least seven (7) years from the product's manufacturing date, JK Imaging Ltd. will make available—on fair and reasonable terms—the following items for your specific product model:

  • Parts (e.g., lenses, housings, buttons)
  • Tools (e.g., special software, physical tools)
  • Documentation (e.g., repair manuals, diagrams)
